Outdated Mechanistic organization=many chain of command.
Boundaryless Organization
-> 'Take away the barrier'
- Authority Boundary = status/org level -->communication distorted
 - Task Boundary = tendency of employee to focus only in their specialize task
 - Political Boundary = Power struggle,opposing agenda
 - Identity Boundary = groups with shared experience
 
Delegation
- delegate authority not responsibility
 - delicate not abdicate => take away full responsibility
 - know what to delegate
 - specify the range of discretion =>limit/boundary
 - make the person accountable for the decisions
 - authority should equal responsibility
 - beware of backward delectation
