Have been strenuous Sunday nevertheless pull through.

Did my routine and chin-ups, manage 3 sets of 6.

Met Leo for a jog and Sunny tagged along and zapped our energy.

Past by a few ads by the police force that caught my attention

this trigger some discussion on taking things to the extreme.......

Got home and receive another tasking which took me by surprise.

Got to adjust my plans and set out on a marketing mission. Learn

how the tarts in the shop are made along the way.

The day continue to roll and i look forward to tomorrow with a smile =)
