Egg-less Chocolate Cake

1. 1 Tin Condensed Milk (Substitute for egg)

2. 6 Ozs Butter

3. 2.5 Ozs Castor Sugar

4. 6 Ozs Self-Rising Flour

5. 2 Ozs Cocoa Powder

6. 1 Tsps Bi-Carbonate Soda

7. 2 Tsps Baking Powder

8. 2 Tsps Vanilla Essence

For Deco

a. 250g Chocolate Fudge

b. Chocolate Chips

c. Cherry Tips

d. Butter Cream various color

Method

1. Under low heat stir 1,2,3 let mixture cool 10 minutes

2. Sieve item 4,5,6,7 mix bit by bit into mixture and then item 8

3. Bake and decorate after cake is cool
